Ice Cream Recipes

How to make" Mango Ice Cream'' at home ?

Ingredients:

Mangoes (peeled and chopped) 3-4

Cream 2 cups
Condensed milk 1 can (14 oz)
Garnish:
Mango (chopped in tiny cubes) 1
Cream whipped ½ cup

Method:

  • In a blender put the mango chunks, condensed milk and cream and blend till smooth and freeze in an air-tight tin. Remove once half set and beat up and again freeze. Repeat this method of letting ice cream set and then beating again 3 times. Freeze overnight and then serve scoops of mango ice cream with more chopped mangoes and cream piped if desired.




Egg less Strawberry Ice Cream




Ingredients:

Gelatin 1 tbsp
Cold water 2 tbsp
Milk 2 cups
Sugar 3/4 cup
Salt a pinch
Cream 2 cups
Vanilla essence 2 tsp
Strawberries 2 cups
Sugar 1/2 cup

Method:

Soften gelatin in cold water. Scald milk; add gelatin, sugar, and salt. Stir until dissolved. Cool. Add cream and vanilla. Freeze. Once half set, Combine 2 cups mashed strawberries with 1/2 cup sugar, add to mixture and stir well, freeze again.
