Ingredients:
Mangoes (peeled and chopped) 3-4
Cream 2 cupsCondensed milk 1 can (14 oz)
Garnish:
Mango (chopped in tiny cubes) 1
Cream whipped ½ cup
Method:
- In a blender put the mango chunks, condensed milk and cream and blend till smooth and freeze in an air-tight tin. Remove once half set and beat up and again freeze. Repeat this method of letting ice cream set and then beating again 3 times. Freeze overnight and then serve scoops of mango ice cream with more chopped mangoes and cream piped if desired.
